A packing slip is provided with your shipment which reviews item(s) purchased and other order information.
All orders ship from our warehouse in New Jersey.
All orders are charged on the same day the order is placed.
Shipping is available for contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii only.
All orders ship within 5 to 7 business days [Monday through Friday; excluding weekends and U.S. holidays].
Once an order ships, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be delivered.
We’re NOT responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer's mistake or misspelling of the shipping address.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make certain that their address is correct. Please double-check that the address you’ve entered is valid for UPS shipments.
Returns and refunds aren’t available due to buyer's remorse or for a product purchased that is not compatible with the buyer's gazebo or pergola model.
There is NO warranty for products sold through this website.
Packages cannot be forwarded to a different address in case of a change of address. The shipping address entered must be the final location of the shipment.
An order confirmation email is provided shortly after an order is placed. An email with your UPS Ground tracking number is provided once processing of your order has begun. If these emails aren’t found in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
The information you’ve provided may be used to contact you for any questions or concerns about a shipping address or return of a package due to a wrong address being provided. Your information will be used only for the purposes stated above and will NOT be distributed to third parties.
PRODUCT POLICY
Any concerns about the quality of a product, noticeable defects, or damaged sustained while in transit by our shipping provider must be brought to our attention within 30 days of the product being delivered. Please email us at support@tdcusainc.com or call 1800-599-8898 for help with a product that you've received [Monday through Friday; 9am to 5pm EST].
Returns and refunds are NOT available if a product is damaged due to deterioration, fading, sagging, or unanticipated events (e.g. wind, sun, rain, pets/animals).
Canopy and netting products should NOT be modified in any way.
