Since our founding in Hong Kong in 1993, and the opening of our US corporate office in 2002, we’ve been committed to providing our customers with direct, and efficient customer service. We are based in Fairfield, New Jersey – with our customer’s retail outlets spanning coast-to-coast across the United States.

Product quality. TDC has the best product sources throughout Southeast Asia and the Pacific Rim with agents onsite to ensure top-notch quality control at the factory level. These measures assure that only the best seasonal, household, and other products reach our US customers.
Supply chain flexibility. We work with multi-national suppliers from various countries, which allows us the flexibility to have products produced by any of our established partnerships within the timeframe set by the customer. These collaborations improve lead times and assures shipments are on time.
Cost savings. Our sourcing professionals negotiate the best prices on the products available, while our logistics team delivers clear cost efficiency. We do not maintain a domestic warehouse, allowing us to further cut costs and provide additional value to our customers. Logistical expertise. TDC is a door-to-door service provider, working with freight companies to bring shipping containers from the manufacturer to the port and to our consignee’s warehouses. We handle everything from freight, to customs, to inland tracking, freeing our customers from needing to manage these logistics themselves.
Packaging design team. Our team provides everything needed for a product including the packaging, designed by veteran artists in our in-house graphics studio. In addition to packaging for our own retail brands such as ChefElect, GleamPro, and Prime Pet, we also develop private label packaging for retailers and distributors.
Customer support. Our experienced customer support team is available Monday through Friday, always ready to assist with consumer questions and concerns about their purchase.
