Can I place an order? Will UPS deliver the package?
Yes, We are currently taking orders for canopy and netting products found on our Service Parts page at https://tdcusainc.com/collections/service-parts. However, processing purchases and delivery times may be longer than usual. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed at this time (e.g. business, office, schools, etc.). Fortunately, our shipping partner with UPS is currently picking up out going orders and making deliveries. Please visit their website at http://www.ups.com for more details on possible delays in your area.
Are representatives available to answer calls and emails?
Yes. Representatives are assisting customers both by phone and email at this time. We can be reach using our toll free number at 1-800-599-8898 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, being short staffed because of needing to maintain social-distancing, we are mostly returning calls so that every customer has an opportunity to speak with a representative.
